Giving some time to ourselves is the greatest gift we can give to ourselves.That evening stroll in the garden with no worldly worries...that time which we give to ourselves with a cup of coffee in the balcony...that time when we do whatever we like with no pressure,no deadlines, is totally ours.It is also a type of meditation. It is a great healer. It brings out the stress giving some relaxation, both to the mind and body helping it repair itself from the damages done.It helps us understand ourselves better, increases our creativity and boosts our confidence.
Everyone of us has experienced it but suddenly become unaware of it when needed, and search for it as if we have lost some unknown thing that we had...in this fast pacing world.
