Pasta Indiana

I tried to make a completely different pasta which I named, 'Pasta Indiana'. It sure was fun and I loved the taste too.

                                 Here is the image of Dell Monte pasta which I received.

I followed few simple steps to prepare the pasta according to my taste.
First I heated some oil and added some mustard and cumin seeds. After they spluttered, I added some roasted groundnuts, about 4 roughly smashed garlic cloves and one medium sized chopped onion.


Then added some jaggery, about the size of three big areca nuts.

I added the tamarind syrup I had prepared by soaking it in water for half an hour.

To this I added pasta which I had boiled, drained and kept aside. 

And then went in a three fourth tea spoon of red chilli powder, a pinch of coriander powder, a pinch of cumin powder and chat masala. After mixing all I let it on flame for about minutes with the vessel covered with lid.

Then after transferring it to the serving bowl I topped it with 3 table spoons of curds and mixed it well. 

And then simply garnished it with little more curds and kept some onions and garlic around it
